1) Scope

This policy covers information we handle when you visit our website, communicate with us, or use our Services that automate cost optimization for AWS and Azure. We act primarily as a processor/service provider for Customer Data and as a controller/business for our own website, account, and billing information.

2) Information We Collect

Account & Contact Info: Company name, work email, name, role, authentication identifiers, support communications.

Billing Info: Billing contact, transaction records, payment instrument details (processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers).

Operational Cloud Data (Customer Data): Cost and usage records, resource metadata, tags/labels, configuration needed to operate policies, and logs of changes our automation proposes or performs.

Technical Data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostics from our software components.

Cookies & Similar Tech: Essential cookies for login/session and optional analytics (you can opt out where offered).

3) How We Use Information

Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services

Implement and manage automation, recommendations, and policies

Detect anomalies and measure verified savings

Communicate about updates, invoices, and support

Comply with law, enforce Terms, and prevent fraud

We do not sell personal information.

6) Security

We employ administrative, technical, and organizational measures: least-privilege IAM, encryption in transit and at rest (where applicable), SSO options, access logging, and change controls. No method is 100% secure; you are responsible for your credentials and cloud account security baselines.

7) Data Retention

We retain Customer Data for the term of our Agreement and a reasonable period thereafter for backup, audit, or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Transaction records may be kept longer for tax and accounting.

8) International Transfers

We may process information in the United States and other locations where our processors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) for cross-border transfers.

9) Your Rights
