You may request a full refund within 30 days after payment for any subscription fee, platform fee, base retainer, or gainshare invoice.

The 30-day window is measured from the payment date shown on your receipt or invoice.

2) What’s Eligible

Initial purchases and renewals are eligible.

Gainshare invoices (percentage of verified savings) are eligible for refund within 30 days after payment if you are unsatisfied with the underlying savings calculation or outcome.

Professional services specifically quoted as non-refundable (if any) are excluded; we do not ordinarily sell consulting.
